Halfmoon Bay is a medium roasted coffee blend. Delicately rich, crisply sweet-toned. Fresh-cut fir, dark chocolate, a hint of baking spice in aroma and cup and balance, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolate persists in a rich, mildly dry finish.

Our Halfmoon Bay coffee bean is adored by enthusiasts, adventurers, and casual coffee-drinkers. The name, Halfmoon Bay, comes from a picturesque hidden surfing cove in Ucluelet, BC.
As you may know, roasting coffee can be quite a thrilling and tasty process! Working alongside numerous other suppliers worldwide, Storm & Swell was able to come up with multiple new techniques based on intensive research, observations, facts and basic experiments. For instance, we discovered that longer roasting times are beneficial for the beans at temperatures lower than the conventional. Our goal is not to introduce new products – rather it’s to encourage people to continue drinking this versatile product any time of day thanks to the high-quality coffee that’s roasted daily in-house.
